Black Plug of two stroke Motorbike

Hi!
I've a two stroke motorbike which is a ten year old model! Now it has started giving some problems! its plug turn black with in five to ten minutes after starting ! If I place a new one the same thing happens with it too! My Mechanic says its carburater needs replacement ! Can any one help me, is it really carburater ot any thing else ?

If its excessive oil in fuel then there will be oil on plug...Carbon attacked due to over fueling...What is the per KM avg... is it good?

If it is higher then other same bikes then its mean you are over fueling.

Its not necessary to change whole carb...certain jets or floater change might help... I think you should consult with any other good machanic..
