Boiling water in expantion bottle

Im anyway facing boiling water sound from expantion bottle n upon observing its really too hot boiling bubles in particular bottle though i use coolent aswell, when switch off d car after driving wid a/c.
Experts please;
is it normal behaviour of d cars?

there is some problem with your thermostat valve or may be a choked radiator.
my suggestion! remove thermostat valve in summer and have your radiator serviced as soon as possible
problem will be solved.
