How to install this the "c" shape means to remove exhaust pipe,,

I am sorry but that is a sway bar not a brace. They also call it anti-roll bar and anti-sway bar.

This looks like a front sway bar, and different cars have different points of hooking it up and if it is not from the similar model Corolla it will not fit. And if the car is not equipped with one from the factory then again it will not fit unless holes for the bolts are made at the right places and it will also need a bolt brace if the car is not equipped from the factory with a sway bar. It might also tear up your chassis if not hooked right.
