Brake Pads..

Hi Guys,
i m Little confuse that My Car Brake Pads Front+Rear are running on 16+ K,my Mechanic told me to Change them after 10 K...But still i havent face any problem in Braking etc... what to do?? have to change or wait?I've Suzuki Margalla !!

if ur brake pads r intact and arent making any problm than no need to change them
