Brake pedal pulsates on se saloon auto 2004...

salamz brothers,my corolla se saloon 2004 auto, done only 35000km,has a brake problem.when I apply brakes at say 60/70 km or above,I feel padel under my foot pulsating and I feel vibration in my steering wheel as well.I have alloys with michilin 195/65/15" certes" tyres very carefully balanced.also checked rotors and they also seem fine but this problem stays there.very uncomfortable . can any one help plz..........

I guess the streering shaking problem is related to tie-rods/ball joints and pulsating of break pedal is related to uneven surface of break pads and/or break discs.
