Brief sound after starting the car

Brief sound after starting the car

In the mornings and after my car has been parked for sometime, a strange sound comes after switching on the ignition and then it disappears. Is it related to the self?

Thanks in advance.

now ur more specific.. its definately sound of ur fan / generater belt .. just get the bolts tightened and the sound will surely dissapear.. it normally appears (this sound) in previous model cars due to BELT being heavily used and "seasoned" so normally in winter season this sound is generated in all used cars at LOW RPMs (espc at ignition and further low RPMs e.g. 1k to 2k) ..

bottom line is its a normal sound, dont get too worried and just get the bolts and belt tightened..

hope that helps
