Building a new mechanic

Guys here comes a problem

i want a guy who is a good mechanic but illiterate to learn the maintenance and repair of EFI engines he can do the other jobs but you know if he remained like this he would be only changing the engine oil after few years because the car systems are becoming advanced and advanced like vvti engine's improvements.

the guy is totally illiterate but he has an experience of 12 years of mechanic and he is running his workshop quit very efficiently but where the job of efi system comes infront he is a fail.

So i want u bous to suggest me

...that from where he should get training

...if there would a good training school for such a guy i mentioned then plz inform me.

i want him to be completely trained in efi and other systems so plz help me out in this regard.
