Bumpers modification-Information Required Urgent

I have a Lancer 1990. I want to get its front bumper modified. Can any one help me and inform about the workshop in Islamabad/Rawalpindi who do this kind of fabrication

lancer isn't very modified in PK best thing you can do is to get the front bumper of an EVO 7/8/9 copied (and slightly modified to your own taste).

Please avoid getting a typical civic kit altered to fit your car as it'll look tacky and just like every other car on the road. there is alot of tallent out there in terms of fibreglass work as you can see from the EV06 alterations to my mugen inspired civic kit.
