BYD Tang Transmission Fluid Leaks

You need to use radiator flushes to keep fluid fresh and it prevents corrosion and deterioration and transmission fluid flushes of BYD Tang. Due to leak in the pan, the transmission fluid is leaked and some time it happens because of the wear and tear of BYD Tang. The transmission fluid will appear in red color puddle on the driveway so the transmission fluid can be spot easily, when BYD Tang is stopped for some time in driveway of your home. If you watch red-colored puddles or smell of burning scent from transmission fluid, then you can know that it is indicator of transmission issue and you need to get it repaired. The manufacturer of BYD Tang recommends the amount of transmission flushes of BYD Tang and it helps to detect transmission issues and it prevents leakage. Most of the manufacturers recommend the transmission flushes after every 100,000 miles.

If you want to check the leakage of the transmission in used BYD Tang, you need to clean off all fluid completely underbody of BYD Tang. You should add dye to transmission system, fill the fluid again in transmission and keep it there to travel in the car for some miles. The dye will be able to pinpoint the places that leak after 30 to 40 miles.

If you carry on dye to transmission system, you can do it quickly and save your precious amount by spending on the parts of BYD Tang that do not need to replace at this moment.
