Just for those who think of CNG should not foget my calculation i am giving here on supposition.
i am going to perform here a calculation with increased fuel prices and poor fuel efficieny cars but even then note down that..................what does a CNG installer spends.
May be this calcualtion fits on a Prado consumption vise.
Now let the fuel price per litre of gasoline=55
Also the vehicle in which the fuel will be used has a very poor mileage and it covers only 8 kms / litre.
Also assume that the vehicle travels 50 kilometres daily.
Now the fuel used by the car daily is 50/8=6.25 litres.
The price of 6.25 litres will be 55 x 6.25=343.75
Now let us suppose that CNG is installed in a price tag of 40 thousand.
Now 40000 Rupees/343.75 = 116.36 days
Now convert these days into months. by dividing it onto 30.
So the answer is 3.88 months.
So this means that you bound 3.88 months of petrol in installing CNG . provided that the fuel price is 55 rupees / litre and your car is a fuel waster i-e 8 km/litre and also it travels 50 kms daily no holiday. Now imagine i will only call it a mental satisfaction.
So the result is that .......CNG only suites to those who travel alot alot . atleast more than 100 km/ hr daily on average.
So guys r u satisfied now with this calculated analysis.

Bro....what after 3.88 months????....Savings he savings......
.
.
.
This calculation shows dat....the money for CNG will be recovered in 3.88 months...after dat.....now lets calculate our savings.......
.
.
.
8km/litre means.....55/8=6.875 Rs/Km.......
and at MOSTTT CNG will cost u 3 Rs/Km........( normally its 2-2.5 Rs/Km)
.
.
Difference=6.875 - 3=3.875 Rs/Km
Daily SAving=3.875 x 50 (km)=Rs 193.75
Monthly Saving=193.75 x 30= Rs 5812.5
.
.
SO According ur and my calculations u will save apprx Rs 6000 every month....after 3.88 months of Instalation.....Iznt dat Enuff SAVING?...
