OK, so if you are reading this, you probably got my attention finally. The straight question is: For 1997 Honda Civic Exi (1600cc) if I install genuine Honda Alloys 15" dia, 6" wide which tyre must I choose? The wheel size is increased here so I want to equalize it with the tyre type. I really dont want to affect engine life and performance apart from a hard steering. Someone came up with the idea to install one of the folowing tyres:

1. 185/60 R 15
2. 195/55 R15 Low Profile
3. 175/60 R15

Please help ASAP. Thanks

depends on what you want basically. The EXi came with puny 13 inch wheels. The most appropriate sizes regardless of what the Honda folk will tell tou are 185/60 14 or 195/55 15. Unless you want to go bling in which case the sky is the limit.
