Can Air block for CNG be bypassed?

AOA. Hey guys, wanted to know if there is a way NOT TO block air in a CNG car i.e Liana Sports. I have heard it can be done, but how and where?

open up the gas from the mixture nut. its a matter of setting. more air in.....more gas required for combustion....
