Can car engine replace home generator?

Dear gari.pk, I want to know whether it is possible to use car engine as a replacement of home generator?

I am asking this question keeping in view current and upcomming crisis of electricity in Paksitan.

What modification are required. Any relevent comments are welcome.

Yes its possible bcuz
Toyota estima/amina also works as home generator.....u may check its mannual!

i think all hybrid vehicles can work as home generator with some mods, so do some googling to find out about hybrid technology!
