Can I put exhaust on my car?

I had a 95 margalla on CNG and I wanna put an exhaust on it but some mechanics told me that it effects the engine and decrease the life of ur engine.Can u guyz help wha t should I gonna do?

hello!
yeah....mechanic said in that sense that after exhaust was putted....i releases the back pressure resulting in easy accelerating engine...so more the engine accelerates...more the wear occured...so he said in that sences..
otherwise it increases Hp and pickup...but robs out low end torque....means your car can't bear the load on low rpms....you have to change gears on high rpm to get max torque....
