Can inaccurate fuel station air pressure gauges damage my Changan Oshan X7’s tires?

I’ve been inflating my tires at different petrol stations across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, but later I see over- o r under-inflation warnings. Are the gauges at fuel stations in Pakistan often inaccurate, and how can this affect my SUV’s tires?
