Can poor road conditions in Pakistan cause radiator o r hose leaks in the Hyundai Oshan X7?

I often drive over speed bumps and rough rural roads. Lately, I noticed a coolant smell after driving. Could road vibration o r impact damage the radiator o r its connections?
