Can this be done without any harm to my car ?

Salam there ! There r 2 things i would like to know

(1)I have a mechanical fuel pump in my old lancer, my electrician advised me to get rid of this mecho fuel pump n replace it with a new electronic one, since i am using cng so its quiet dificult to start my car in the morning,
so is it ok if i replace my fuel pump with a new electronic 1 ? kindly suggest.

(2)I have lancer model 1990, 8 valves 1300cc.The lights of my car r v dull since they r not crystal lights, i want to increase the intensity, how can i do that ? let me know a cheaper solution.

fuel pump can be changed easily with the correct technic else is the head lamps, try getting them washed up, replace the reflector that is in the head lamp, if the refecltor is ok and the lights are cleaned then get relays on the lights
