Can water seepage o r moisture during car washes damage the Alsvin’s ignition coils?

Do poor sealing and exposed connectors cause water entry into the coil pack area, especially after pressure washing o r driving through water-logged roads?

Yes. The Alsvin’s ignition coil area is not perfectly sealed, so:

Pressure washing the engine bay can force water into coil connectors.

Moisture leads to short circuits o r corrosion of coil terminals.

Driving through flooded roads without splash guards worsens the risk.

✅ Always cover the coil area when washing. Let the engine dry before starting if wet.
