I would like to know about primary items to check to effectively run ac on accord 86. Things to avoid in order not to overheat or get into any other problem.

If engine overheat when running air con is due to fact that the compressor installed is of bigger capacity. E.g. if 800cc car has a compressor used for 1000cc car, it over heats the engine (as higher acceleration required). Here, I suppose that everything else like radiator, coolant are good and coil unit, condensor is clean.
