Car Heating at idling

Car Heating at idling

Dear Friends

Facing some problem as on idling Temperature gauge needle rises up than standard place and then after going around Quarter higher than normal stays there until i again starts moving fastly as air rush through Radiator Fins.

Previously i had problem of Temperature needle rising then i go to Mechanic who changed PCB of temperature gauge and says OK but i was not staisfied with him.

Car have no radiator water or Engine Oil decreasing problem

Specification of Car:

Car: Corolla 2.OD

Coolant Mixture: Water

Mileage on Dial: 142k

Radiator fan: Automatic

Also please suggest how to check the Fan speed as i suspect that fan speed is not upto the mark so its causing that.

Please suggest some solution.

Thanks
