Car Main Pully

My car key roller / pully is disrupted and making loud noise. It may be loose. Can anyone tell me what happened to it and how it can be determined and the time of fixation.

Mechanic is right, to ensure a pulley to the engine if there is no free space in front of the pully, but if the Civic before 2002-1 model only for the confirmation of main crank pully or fault, the technician could remove the RHS of the wheel and under and behind he could easily blame the main pulley or motor to rotate the lower pulley to which these Terms is determined.
