Car Slipping and Skidding Problem.

Hi Guys, I have Suzuki Khyber 1999 Model.
I am having a problem that whenever I apply brakes,not even so hard,my car use to slip or skid. The front tyres also produce that screeching type of sound. The front wheels stop but the car keep on moving. Tyres are not so old. I have pasted the pics, you can see their condition.

I have brought this problem to two mechanics. One changed the Front disc brake padds while the other make the discs rough by rubbing sand paper and rough stone against the discs. But were unable to solve the problem.

In my opinon, i think that may be the rear brakes are not working fine thats why the car skids but the mechanic says that these are fine.

Also whenever I apply brakes, the brake pedal and steering handle both start trembling and vibrating. I think the mechanic who has made the discs rough has caused this problem. I have to bring the discs to some khiraadia to make them uniform.

Experts please help me out. What do you think, why the car skids? I am having this problem for the last 3 or 4 months and believe me driving has become so much miserable as the car is no more trustworthy. I have to keep a lot of distance between my car and the front one.
Also suggest me some expert mechanic in Rawalpindi/Islamabad area who can solve this problem.

Hmm it can be hard tires, how old r these tires? can you check the manufacturing date?

I had similar prob in my subaru but after we put new tires this problem was solved.

If you can go to chour chowk as you pass chour chowk towards peshawar like 500 M there is a zong franchise with that there is a work shop friends autos meet guy named Riaz there one of the best mechanic i have seen i mean he is very moody but knows his work but be ready to spend some $$$ :p
