Car smoke problem

Hi, my mehran car gives smoke when starts and it disappears after running 1-2 kms. also there is engine oil leakage

is this due to weak rings or due to weak head gaskit ??

If it is emitting white smoke,then it may be due to weak head gasket or loose cylinder head bolts.And if the colour of smoke is blue,then it may be due to worn valve guide / Valve seal or worn ring/piston.
