Can any body guide me what to do when i was facing car start problem in cold season at morning time

if diesel ,check heat plugs,battery,xtend heat timings and here u go ...
if petrol or cng,park car at night at petrol instead of cng,regular tune ups,battery shud b in xcellent condition
any thing else?
