Car starting Prob in Morning plz comment?

i have mehran nd i m having a prob while starting a car in morning even though i faced this prb only once so tell me ur ideas how to prevent this prb as beerberd told me to start the car on petrol in morning and in eveing also park the car on petrol then car ll nt have any prb while starting in morning.
i talked to a mechanic he told me these things

1. As beerberg said start the car on petrol
2.He told me like this " gare khari kerty waqt tuse cng off ker do per gare start rko or jab gari band ho jaya to switch off ker do or subah start kero to clutch dba ker gare neutral ker ky strt kero on cng to foran start ho jaya gi " and when i asked him abt the reason why is that so he told me " gas jo kit me ho woh khtm ho jaya werna pore rat thand me jam jate hai jis ki waja say subah sulf ziada leti hai gare or clutch is lia press kero gear oil ghara ho jata hai jis ki waja say subah sulf uthany me prb hota hi "
anyways these r 2 suggested solu as given to me
