Car starting problem in Morning

I have a 1984 Charade and i have a severe problem while starting it in morning. It just power ON my CNG kit and after when I give the ignition to it, it didnt make any sound even on pushing it on second gear. On my visit to my mechanic he said that every thing is fine.

Please help me and give me any tip to solve the issue.

I was facing a similar kind issue, its a device small device with wires which they insert in the middle of the wire that goes in the ignition to increase or complete the power required for ignition i guess its name is a relay which they add in between it and then no issue will remain with respect to ignition current. Cost 150/- to 200/-
