Car Starting Problem....

Dear Experts
Can somebody please explain that y vehicles doesnt' easily start in morning or in very cold weather. as 2day my car wasnt starting although it's battery is new engine is in good condition i.e. when i tried to start it ( in URDU salaf mara aur barey lambey lambey salaf marey) then after a long time it started.
the belts were moving i.e. generator was also working fine but still car can't start.

the electrician told me that when im parking the car in night, close the gas from cylender and finish all the gas in pipes and in morning openthe gas from cylender.

i wud be really thankfull to u ppl if somebudy please tell me wats da real problem is and which thing shud i repair.

i hope you switch to petrol from cng around a kilometer away from where you park,, and petrol start in morning, drive a couple of km on petrol before cng.. actually petrol needs to be lubricated in fuel path of engine otherwise use of cng clogs up the fuel system after few days..

and a tuneup is needed to clean up fuel path often when you use cng.

use of right spark plugs helps.

rest a cng user can guide better.
