Car starts on Petrol but Do not give a drive

Dear forums expert members,

i have a problem that my car has (1.6 EFI Toyota Engine) and what it do is that it is working fantastic on CNG ...but when i switch it on Petrol yeh it keeps start but it doesnt give a drive...or starts missing....or slowly slowly it loose its speed and just stuck on a place and do not move....

Well auto spc. told me to change Fuel Pump..i done but didnt work...then Some Electronic Relay matters..like attach relay and it will work..it doesnt work also...

now except of these suggestion give me some stuff so that i can be able to drive car on petrol...
