Car top speed reduced

Dear Friends! I've a Cuore 2007 Model. On CNG, it could go up to 140 km/hour on plain roads with company fitted General Tyres(145/70/12). then i've changed the tyres (Yokohama 145/12), since then it doesn't go beyond 125 km/hr and vibrates too much. can any friend suggest me what might be the problem??

for the vibration part get ur tyres balanced...n even get ur wheels aligned besides that make sure tyre pressure in all 4 tyres is 30psi!
