Carby cultus problem...

Can anyone help me with the carburetor of my cultus... problem is that the car misses terribly on petrol and also the choke is not working... so it has become very difficult to start the car in the morning when it is cold... I have to keep my foot on the accelerator for at least five minutes or so other wise the engine would stall...
Now I have visited several mechanics for this problem and every one is having his own different assessment of the problem... but i have noticed a few common things that everyone has pointed out towards... first of all the butterfly needs to be fixed... and the second is that some levers in the carb are hard and are not moving freely, causing the choke not to function properly...
can somebody please suggest me a good mechanic who understands carbs and can fix these problem... I've heard that there are some shops near Lahore Hotel who are specialists in carbs... does any one have any experience of these people and where exactly they are located... please help...

can anybdy tel me dat where is choke located in cultus..i hv bot recently a cultus but ddnt find a choke.!!!
