Check engine light

dear experts,
i got my cng kit serviced and got the cylinder cleaned recently. the performance has improved drastically but a small problem i m facing is of the check engine light. the light goes off usually after a tick sound before one starts the engine but it doesn't switches off. it switches off after the engine starts.
is it something serious?
btw my car is 97 vti

I dont think so its a big problem, because when we start our car(Lancer 1.6 GV) the engine check light is present but goes away after a second or so. And sometimes it appears again(rarely) when the car is accelerated hard on CNG but that goes away aswell.

I dont think its a big problem.
