Choke System in Cultus ?

As the cars are having trouble starting in morning due to cold and i was looking for the choke in my recently purchased Cultus, so that i use it in case it does not start in morning, but there in no choke there. What system it has instead of choke ??? What should i do if it does not start in morning due to cold weather. Plz explain.

new car not starting in morning sounds strange ....
best is to convert it to petrol at night, it will start in the morning. convert it to petrol while driving it , not in stationary form..
