CITY Steermetic , after crash

my city spun at 110km / s and click on the pavement on the road Rawal
Now established, including a new left handlebar on fron

lil problem is that I have this slight DOC, when control is turned hear a circular hole

is that a problem or just an adjustment problem

You should thoroughly check wheelhouse. you can check steering play, it is below the recommended values.
