City Vario on CNG

I have City Vario 04 model and i got it converted to CNG almost a year back... at that time i got suggestions from some users who had been running their cars on CNG for some time, so i went ahead with it... but recently i noticed that while reversing the car, i used to get some noise when i shifted to the reverse gear... it does come up again on and off but currently its smooth... took it to honda, where the guys said without checking the car that the transmission is kaput, 70k ki dhuz!!!

so tell me guys, what should i do? should i continue using it or should i sell it before the transmission really goes kaput
