City warning sign...

Hi

I have city IDSi 2006 model, I am ocassionally getting a yellow warning message of radiator sign, if I switch off the car it goes away, and later after sometime appears again. I am going to the workshop in a couple of days, just thought to ask you guys if anyone can advise what does it mean, I have checked and the water in radiator is ok, does it mean that the radiator needs cleaning?
