Civic '02 Tuning in Islamabad

Hi Guys...my '02 vti has lost its vrooommm and the consumption is kinda higher too...i wanted to get it tuned from honda in i-10 but someone told me there are better mechanics who charge less aswell adn that only people who dont know hack abt cars go to the dealers?

someone mentioned Wipra in I-9??

anyone on the specific recommendation on where to get my car tuned?

and on the general observations that guys who dont know jack abt cars go to dealers?
