Civic 1998 exi - engine Breathning at idle positio

Can any one tell/ help that my cvic exi 1998 , on idle position even on pertol ...engine breathning like RPM Up ..down like a beath in & out..plz. any idea..how to resolve the prob. thanx

Check for ISC Valve.....!
It might be jammed or leaking vacuum.....!
