Civic 98 to 2000 conversion

hello peepz! i m guessing this has been discussed before,if it has plz redirect me to tht page,if it hasn't then well i have a few q's to ask.

1.Firstly is it wise to convert to 99-00 resale,cost wise?

2.What parts need to be replaced,n i m guessing the new parts are all bolt on,rite?

3.Estimated cost for front n back end conversion? and their costs individually?

dont mess up with ur car dear .....................its better u sell ur 98 and buy a 99-00 one instead.....conversion makes a car luk cheap and damages the original neatness ............ cost wud be gr8 as lights and bumpers wud b chnged as well as trunk for new lights ...... i wud suggest u to not ruin ur car
