Civic Vti CD Changer

I've been facing several problems with the 10 CD changer installed in my car. It started off only after 3-4 months of it's opurchase & was repaired by Honda Guys. Then again it happened twice after few months and qwas repired.

Recently the same issue happened. The cd changer tries to read the disc and can't locate it so says 'TOC Error'. It has happened approx after 6months of last repair.

Do you guys think honda will take responsibility & repair free of cost or will this be on me. Anyone knows any quick solutions.
