Clutch Plate Issue

I own a Mazda 323 1978 model, had gone an engine overhaul recently. Problem is I have replace the clutch and pressure plate, but car still knocks like anything when u start to move it. Also it shooks during shifting from 2nd to 3rd. It feels annoying, and my mechanic cannot find the reason, can anyone help around?

You need to resurface the flywheel with the new clutch, and you might have a warpped clutch plate too. Unlesss you have broken foundation bushings but in that case the car should have vibration during idle standing still.
