Clutch plate or metre prb ?

salam ..
from few days I m feeling that the metre is not showing the correct speed as the car is going on ..

like .. i feel the car is going 50 or 60 and its showing 40 45 ..or may b enging reviving hard and speed is less...
so i want to ask experts is this the clutch plate prb or metre prb ?

what r the symtoms to check clutch plate?

btw car is coure and done 1lac+ kms .. but no pickup prb no heating prb only a little vibration when picking up from 1st gear..and thats from more than 1 yr ..
