CNG cylinder weight, base touching speed brakers

CNG cylinder weight, base touching speed brakers

I have installed CNG in Toyota XLi , now the change is that speed brakers are touching the base if occupants are four. Pl advice what to do to lift the rear side of jumps.
Spacers are a cheap option.... any body can guide what to do ???

replace with harder springs at rear or add spacers
Removing CNG tank is not an option at petrol rs 87/liter
