CNG Filling Problem

i have a problem regarding CNG filling my car doesnt fill more than 6.5 kg (55L) from any pump but another car infront of me filled around 7.2 kg on a 55l cyl what is the problem can anyone help me please

sounds to me like you probably have an accumulation of contaminants in the cylinder (oil etc).
