CNG for Steermatic & Vario

It is recommended not to convert City Vario on CNG due to its all time critical issues with CVT transmission. (
I don't know if this is true or not
)

But interestingly, I haven't heard anything about steermatic. If not wrong, Steermatic also works on CVT mechanism.

If there aren't any issues with Steermatic then WHY???

Anyone among us having their rides converted to CNG, Could you please share your experiences?

bro my relative had his vario CNGed a couple of months back and it is running fine.

During my routine oil changes at Honda 3S, I have come across a couple of steermatics as well on CNG and owners said that theu run fine. I have a steermatic myself but personally not interested in CNG
