Cng mileage problem for accord

plz kindly reffer me to a mechanic who can fix my prob. my accord 1987-88 is doing 60km mileage without ac on cng! top speed is 120km/h

-Get the Air Filter Box Serviced at a service station, throw in a Brand New (genuine) Air Filter.
- Fix the tape(Air Blocker for CNG) properly, shouldnt be Much and shouldnt be Less.
-Cut the Main CNG supply a little(as the screw maybe fully open).
-Replace the Spark Plugs with the New 2-tip/4-tip Plugs.
