CNG Oil , good for mileage?

There is no difference in performance when using Shell CNG engine oil, engine oil or CNG in the CNG cars?

instead of using regular oil?

Especially with the changes as the oil for lubrication to minimize friction, which allows a greater oil less friction so better performance
