CNG Problem With Honda City Vario (AT)

Dear all,

I have Honda City Vario (AT) (2005) and somebody told me that if you install CNG then you will face problems with your transmission and engine. kindly suggest that should i install CNG or not because petrol prices are getting high very frequently.

I own a steermatic, and once asked Honda about CNG conversion. They said that it will not cause any problems but only with Vario. According to Honda Vario will suffer power loss but they never mentioned anything about engine or transmision problems.

So as far as Honda's comment goes, I don't think that you'll experience any engine or trany problems. But it would be better if you ask some "Vario on CNG" owner.
