CNG STARTING PROBLEM

CNG STARTING PROBLEM

i have a 92 reconditioned charade very well maintained

the engine is perfectly fine and recently overhauled.

i have been experiencing some problems regarding cng

the car has trouble starting in the morning on cng. and it also has problems when the cng is about half full.

however once the car starts it runs without a single hiccup

on full tank there are no problems

this has started occurring recently only.

the car has problems on petrol as well. it seems as if the fuel isnt getting into the engine. cleaning the carburettor solved the problem temporarily. the fuel pump is electronic japanese and brand new.

any ideas whats the problem?

in winter don't switch off the car in the night on CNG night switch off should be on petrol until its winter and first start should be on petrol in the morning. This way battery will be ok ur engine will remain fit.
