Company "KOTA" system...?

when i went in market to sale my vehicle...dealers and buyers asked me abot the kota ...i have 83 corolla..converted to 86 SE...I HAVE THIS CAR from 1993...and never sent to company kota.....what shud i do for kota...?or cud recondition it localy without sending it to the company...?
any one there...?

Kota is basically the year of registration in Pakistan... (Not surely the year the car revisted the company). For your ease you can see the year of registration on your registration book.

In ideal condition its the year the car revisited teh factory for re-birth.
