Concerns about Vitz 2002

Dear All,

Just bought a Vitz 2002 in an exceptionally good condition MASHAALLAH,but i have the following concerns & i would appreciate if the experts could add in something:

1)The car feels like a low-riders & hits the ground in bumps or speed-breakers,should i get Spacers to lift it up a little bit?(the car has stock rims 13" with 155/65 tyres & no CNG)

2)Which Engine-Oil & Oil-Filter should i use (As mentioned above the car runs on petrol) & after how many KM's?

3)I have no knowledge about the Over-Drive function as i was driving Manual shifts before this?The car seems to be weak in the pick...i have only been able to take it to a maximum 115 Km/h....any comments?
